My name is Will Jaquinde. I’m originally from Ann Arbor, MI
and I graduated from Denison University with a B.A. in Environmental Studies
just this past spring. Before coming to Nevada I had held down various summer
jobs, most recently as a sailing instructor in Ohio. Past jobs have included
stints as a landscaper as well as research and work as in intern on a small
organic farm. These experiences and other have fostered in me a love of the
outdoors, ecology and challenging physical labor, all of which lead me to apply
for a position with the GBI. In my free time I enjoy sailing when I’m in the
vicinity of a body of water, reading nonfiction, hiking, photography and
watching Notre Dame football. I’m looking forward to a full year with the NCC
and all the great experiences in front of me!
